Difference between Molding and Casting

Casting typically uses the material of metal which is melted in the die to create the final form, while molding uses the material of plastics which is melt in a mold to generate the final form. Generally, molding is faster than casting in the process so it's better to choose to mould when you need to produce a large number of products. Molding is also suitable for various materials.
